After chatting with an automated assistant and being directed to a self-service appointment scheduler (which offered an appointment two days later), I followed the suggestion in the fine print and called Kevin. He answered on the first ring, and 20 minutes later, Kevin performed a thorough and perfect notarization of my signature. Comment: Very pleasant experience! I needed a deed notarized and found 2 local notary workers nearby. I went with Mr. Byrd because he had more positive reviews, more clients. I made an appointment through his website and he called and asked if I wanted to come in earlier. I found him to be professional and kind. He took time to read over my document to make sure everything was right. The price of visiting him at his office for a signature is $15. You cant beat that price because I know UPS charges more.
