I needed to have a couple of Land Trust documents signed and notarized and called them up very last minute. They were able to fit me in the same day and for a small fee came directly to our house which saved time...a necessity for the turn-around on the documents. Michael was familiar with the documents and was able to help me sort what might be needed when I had a few questions.
