When it come down to getting loan docs in on time to close, the notary plays a major role in getting it done . Comment: I was super stressed and this woman probably heard it in my voice. I needed documents signed and notarized. Sadly I was running out of time. She offered to move her day around to accommodate me. Who does that these days???? Also, she came to me!!! She was there within an hour. She was wearing her mask and super sweet and professional. I’m generally paranoid with strangers in my house during a pandemic. I didn’t even have to say anything - she asked me if we’d like to sign the papers inside or outside, for health and safety reasons. We signed everything on my doorstep.
