Its a bit out of my way to keep going here for my mail, but, the people here are all great and everyone gives you that personal touch. I like knowing that I never have to worry about having my packages stolen from my porch and I always get an email when something arrives, I dont have to guess if its in or not,, and I can always call to see if I have anything worth driving into town to pick up or not. Im always greeted with a smile and a hello, and the service is absolutely the best! I love my coworkers at this UPS store!

Also, Ive had my Journaling book printed and bound as well as other print services. Jackie and her husband are wonderful to work with and they set the standard for their store. They offer a personal touch which makes me feel welcomed. She always knows my name and my project and knows exactly where it is. Theyre friendly, have great quality printing, they are on time, fast and have great customer service. They also had the best prices because with my limited budget I got a lot of quotes and they beat all the prices by a huge margin. You wont be disappointed! Comment: So helpful. Sometimes the form on the UPS website cant capture all my instructions. So Jackie told me to just email her directly with my instructions. Ive done that several times and every job is always executed correctly and promptly. Friendly staff. These folks really get what customer service is about.

Comment: I love this UPS Store! The owners are directly involved in their store’s day-to-day operations, and know their customers by name. The staff is very well trained, and have been working at this store for years. Everyone is a notary, or working on becoming one, and that’s really helpful. I find the service to be fast, knowledgeable, and accurate - even when the store is busy.

Comment: Not all UPS stores are created equal....I drive all the way across town to go to this UPS store. There is one right next to where I live, but I never feel good about my experience there so it is worth for me to go to the one on college. They are always so helpful and eager to please.

Comment: I had a late evening rush job and required a notary. The staff was very helpful and even stayed passed closing to finish the job. They took my project very serious. They were detail oriented. When the notary stamp came out blurry, they insisted on redoing the stamp to make the document look first class.I was very pleased with my experience at UPS.
