Comment: It is becoming rare to see people who care and help; wanted to send something overnight and the staff was amazing ! We missed the deadline for overnight by 3 minutes ( 5 pm cutoff) but they were kind enough to let me ship . And the package was delivered the next day before 10:30am as advertised ( unlike FedEx and their horrible customer service ). Happy return customer

Comment: Entire team came together, from the manager to the frontline staff to ensure my important docs were rerouted to a different destination at the last minute. It was so last minute - as if one of them caught the hand of their delivery man from ringing the door bell. It was clearly above and beyond the typical customer service that one expects. For me the team was the last savior, and they delivered willingly and wholeheartedly. Truly appreciate it. Ive used them regularly over the past few years but this experience was a complete delight.

Comment: I have visited the Argonut UPS store today(10/20/20) immediately after opening the store due to emergency notary service. The service is awesome and the experience is overwhelming. Store representative DINA helped a lot with excellent service and it was so smooth. I felt doing notary was difficulty in the UPS store as this is my first time at UPS store but the way DINA explained the process and her instructions are very good and it finished so quickly. Argonut UPS store is very clean and they were strictly following COVID guidelines so I was very confident to step-in into the store with family. The package was insured so I contacted UPS right away and submitted a claim. UPS manager Laura Loredo went out of her way to assist me with the claim. She was very persistent and patient with my claim and was able to get my refund. Laura was a delight to work with, always very professional and I really appreciate her effort on my behalf.
