For whatever reason, felt the need to condescendingly explain what “return to sender” meant.Another worker, a woman with a cool Darth Vader themed face mask, seemed much friendlier and more attentive.

Comment: I can say that it is the fastest and systematic ups I have ever seen. Ive been leaving my ups boxes here for about a few months and they are always helpful. The only reason Im leaving 4 stars is because the women employees were rude today and before. Theyre trying to be fast, I can understand that but they interrupt me when I ask something or they are rude (perhaps unknowingly) to be quick.

Comment: The positive reviews are spot on. My interactions in this store have been nothing but enjoyable. So many kind people. One person is Jennifer I believe and a couple of other young women are newer. Also, one man with a baseball cap turned backwards and wears glasses (maybe he’s a manager, owner, or both) was very helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t always think to get people’s names, but I want to recognize everyone‘s helpfulness and how great this location is. I’m sure I’ll be in again.

Comment: Walkable to where I live, this store is organized, easy to navigate and right off Park Blvd, making it an easy stop as opposed to shopping center locations. I have used this location for mailing, Amazon returns, and sending packages. This store’s staff is just really helpful and knowledgeable as compared to the others in the surrounding neighborhoods. I’ve called because I don’t exactly know how to navigate sending/receiving packages and each time I’ve been helped with kindness and patience on the phone, and as someone with a disability this kind of attention to detail really means the world. On top of this, the staff here seems to really know their policies etc. and provide information clearly and accurately—again, other locations I’ve had bad experiences customer service and policy knowledge wise. Comment: Google came through with the reviews! I needed a private mailbox and drove past several UPS stores for this one because of the ratings and was not disappointed. Irving helped me and I was unprepared with the identification I needed but he let me email him my car registration, then even printed it for me so I could have it in my car for future use. He and the rest of the staff working that day were efficient and friendly. Their rates for boxes are great!

Comment: I visited the UPS store on Park boulevard today and was so pleased with my experience! I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get a notary to help me with my needs on a Sunday. I called in advance and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful. Her name was Mari-Tina. when I got there in person she made the whole experience smooth and way less painful than I expected. It was a really enjoyable and pleasant experience. The other member of the team that was there today did not help me directly but he was also very kind. Thank you for a great customer service experience!

Comment: This is by far one of the best UPS stores I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is overtly kind and helpful. Jose greeted me as I entered and was patient as I called my mom to find out where to send the package. He provided me with a pen and paper, so I could write brief note. He measured the item to find the appropriate box and then talked me through all the options for shipping to NY. Really made the process as smooth as possible and worked to make sure the package was set and securly sealed. Provided me with free bubble wrap and tape to ensure the package itself was safe and wouldnt be jostled too much. Overall, if you have anything to send this is the location you should go too! They also have a toy donation box, so if you can get there before the holidays its a great chance to donate something and make a childs holiday all the more brighter. Definitly go here, I plan too!

I had called in advance to check the price of having something notarized ($15/stamp or page). She remembered me when I arrived. I came in with about a hundred (barely exaggerating) boxes to send all over the world (international shipping too!) for my Etsy store, and they were so helpful and friendly, I will definitely be back. Im a regular in post offices, UPS stores, etc., and I can honestly say that I havent had a more pleasant experience than at the UPS Store on Park. The fact that they can help me with my business cards and graphic design, is also a huge plus. I even got a mailbox here for any returns! So happy these guys joined the neighborhood!

Comment: I am so happy this is open, its such a convenient location! If you havent had a chance to stop by, I highly recommend! The store is absolutely beautiful, probably the nicest UPS Store I have ever been to.The staff is wonderful! I ship a lot of stuff for my business and this is my new go-to. They are super fast and found me the most cost effective way to meet all my shipping needs.They also have in-house notary service! I was glad I asked, I didnt need an appointment, they helped my get my documents notorized and mailed right away. So happy this UPS Store is in our neighborhood!
