I usually go to the McLaughlin location because it’s closer to me, I hate going there because there’s a woman who works there who is always so rude. If you need to do something at UPS this is the location to go to for the best service and if you’re lucky Amber and Kathy will be there to help you.

Comment: My customer experience began when I received a courteous and informative email reply from Kryslin within 24-hours after I inquired about getting a passport photo. While all post offices were booked for weeks out, this UPS store was wide open and available for walk-in service. I literally waited less than 5-minutes for the entire process. From the time I walked-in to the moment I left with everything I needed, their passport photo service was quick, easy and less than 20 bucks....and the people were hella nice. As I typically review locally owned businesses, I wanted to acknowledge the locals who work at this spot, and tell them thanks for being helpful and friendly.

The staff are helpful, and the one time there was a long (by COVID standards) line, it went by quite fast.If you buy a lot -- and return a lot -- via Amazon, SINISTER CORPORATION, DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO RULE THE WORLD FROM THE MOON -- you should know that the UPS store accepts your Amazon returns, often without the original box. Just scan a code and youre done!

I had to ship out a UPS package with a prepaid label. I printed the label at the store and they charged me THREE DOLLARS for one page, single sided. I know for a fact it costs less than $.10 to print a single sided B&W page (I used to work at a print shop and we charged $.10 in order to make a profit). If you’ve already got your package squared away and just need to drop off, I definitely suggest this location. But if you have any printing needs, definitely go elsewhere unless you don’t mind being completely scammed.
