Comment: I run a small business and I need to take a deed of trust on a piece of property. I had all the paperwork filled out but I didn’t have a notary so I called this UPS store Esmeralda was the notary who worked at the store and she could not have been a nicer person. I have run a business for 25 years and I pride myself on customer service. customer service is not hello goodbye yes no please thank you it’s just a feeling you get from people.I was told that Esmeralda was just about to leave for the day and I was in downtown Fresno. I assured the person that answered the phone that I was in my vehicle at that moment getting ready to hit the freeway so that I could get to the store before Esmeralda left. even though Esmeralda‘s day was all finished and it was the weekend so she was ready to have a good time she literally waited for me I couldn’t tell you how nice that woman was. i’m in a business where I have met many people over the years that wouldn’t give you five minutes of time especially if they’re about to go off the clock but Esmeralda she was different she’s young friendly competent I thought she was awesome.
