Comment: This store is really on top of it. Everyone is nice and helpful, never had an issue here other than PARKING. (Not their fault) However this whole parking lot was designed for European cars not for American SUVs and minivans. It sucks, park on the edge of the lot and walk because otherwise you’ll be stuck trying to get out with five other oversized vehicles trying to get in and out of spots.

Comment: I have to rave about Ciera at my local UPS store on Garnet in Pacific Beach, CA. I’m a full-time artist and constantly need help with packaging & shipping out my art pieces, which are really heavy, delicate, and oddly shaped sometimes. Ciera always makes an effort to assist me, and ease my anxiety when it comes to handling my bigger pieces. I’ve shipped my artwork all around the country these past two years & never have I ever had a client complain about the piece arriving any less than perfect. Ciera always takes the extra time to explain every packaging and shipment process to me, and assures me I’m getting the best price possible. As a small business, this extra attention to detail means the world to me. I’m really grateful for this UPS location, all the employees are always so nice. But I have to say, Ciera goes above and beyond for me and my business. They are super lucky to have her.

Comment: I have been using this UPS for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars there, so I was extremely disappointed today when I had to wait for 25 minutes for the one and only notary to get off the phone despite the fact that there wasnt a single other person in the store waiting for his services. Every time I asked where the notary was, I was told he would be 5 minutes. I eventually left the store after almost half an hour. Very unprofessional on the part of the staff and the manager.

I like this location because there is ample parking compared to a couple of other UPS stores I had visited in the past in Point Loma. Not only that, but the person that helped me was quick and efficient and friendly to boot. I also noticed they offer a paper shredding service which I will use in the future. Comment: Ive been a very happy box rental customer of the this location for over 5 years and feel so well taken care of by the entire crew. I send all packages here as well because I know the team will keep everything safe and secure. They send digital alerts so you know when things arrive and I dont have to worry that someone is walking off with my package from my front door step. They have notary service too!

Comment: The guys that work here are always super fast and friendly! They make sure my packages are properly marked and boxed. I never have to worry. I come here weekly and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my postage needs. :)

Comment: I came in on a Sunday and there was a longer line, but the energy was so pleasant, and accommodating and detailed. The staff handled the crowd efficiently and quickly. I left knowing I got full care and detail for my packages. All they while taking time to make sure all details were attended to, the skill of holding a down to earth conversation, shows a rare genuine human connection we dont get very many places.

Comment: Very courteous and responsive customer service. Appreciated the willingness to hold my packages for several weeks until I knew the destination address - although I have never before paid a fee for this service in other parts of the country, in San Diego apparently its the norm probably because space is at such a premium. Very few UPS stores even had the space, and this one had the most proactive response which inspired my confidence. Caveat: At times, this store staffed a large and friendly staff, at other times, there were very few people working and a long wait. Also, there are a few difficult people whose cs is less than desirable, among them an older woman who is either associated with or actually is one of the owners. I assume this may be part of why the feedback is uneven. Its also why I give this four instead of five stars. For me, four means its still going above and beyond to do a great job.
