They have multiple notary public’s on staff which is fantastic if you need one right away. Her manager on the other hand didn’t smile or seem to care when I asked to give a compliment about Sandra to her. The manager’s apathy didn’t ruin my experience, but it was sad to see. Comment: David was great. His customer service was excellent. I usually only come to this store now even though I have other postal stores near by my home in Granite Bay. The Granite Bay Postal Store would not even give me masking tape to box up a small box. The lady said she needed to charge me for using masking tape. I thought how do you charge by the inch? I walked out of that store and I will not be back. Here in Roseville at The UPS Store David takes my boxes prepares it for me gets me a packaging slip and has the greatest attitude about it.

Comment: We received excellent customer service from Nikki, the lady who helped us. We were at the UPS Store to ship a large, unboxed birthday present to Massachusetts. The UPS Store securely packs any/all items you want to ship, so you don’t have to worry about boxes or packing material. This particular UPS store is conveniently located and there is plenty of parking.
