Comment: Arrived on a Friday after work to mail some important documents. I was immediately greeted by Byron and I let him know I had to print some documents and send it out. He then gave me the information I needed to print the documents.After a few minutes, Francisca noticed I was waiting for something and asked if needed help. Its nice to know that they cared for me knowing I was waiting for something. It took me a couple minutes to realize that I had sent it to the wrong email address. So I resent the documents and they started printing my documents.Once printed, Francisca assisted me in getting them sent to the correct addresses and was very polite and made me aware of all the costs.I go to UPS many times but today I was well taken care of by the team at the Stevens Creek location. Thank you all!

Comment: Jake and tanya were great, they were always on top of my claim and checking back with me to let me know what the status of the claim was . So Long story short, I sent a computer to a colleague that I met through gaming. When I brought it to the UPS store I had some packing of my own that I was looking to use to save money. I was told that if something got damaged I could not make a claim as I did the packaging. Luckily, I decided to follow their words cause the GPU got damaged. My buyer informed me as they got no display from the computer, but upon switching out the graphics card for his old one it worked. Meaning the GPU was damaged in the process. So I made a claim and Tanya called me shortly after and apologized as well as asked a few questions to start the process. Which was a painful process since UPS higher ups thought I was defrauding them. Tanya and Jake were great though as they supported me and fought against the claims department. I highly recommend them as I was compensated through their hard work. Thanks again for the helpJason

I went in and Tania was there and she knows me as I have done business there before. I told her about my sitch was, she asked how far I lived, which was really close. She said I’ll follow you and if you can believe this.. she grabbed her employee Jake and they showed up at my house 5 minutes later. Time was of the essence for getting something printed; Varun Sharma, Print Specialist, took the time to make sure what I wanted for the program being printed was done to my liking, trying out variations to see what looked best. It was promised to be finished by two days; instead, I got a call that afternoon saying it was ready! The store was well-staffed, and seeing how many people came in/out while I was there just showed how good a store they must run! Nice large shop as well. Would recommend this UPS Store to others.

She was SUPER helpful and was doing whatever she could to help me get my stuff across the country in the fastest time possible without breaking the bank. I cant express enough how grateful I am for her assistance. Shes also very nice, but not in that over-the-top, customer service kind of way. Like just genuinely nice and wants to help you get your things where you need them to go as safely as possible. My wife and I decided to place our trust in Tania for our wedding invites and save the dates, and boy did she deliver!Tania brought our idea to life by bringing in different elements that made for a unique wedding invite with save the date features, my wife and I decided to combine the two. Tania and her team handled the printing, assembly, and shipping of our invites.The envelopes were thick with gold borders. Within the envelope we had a translucent RSVP QR code with an amazing silhouette picture of my wife and I. Which was followed by an envelope that said “Put me on the fridge,” within this envelope was a custom magnet that Tania made for our save the date feature. And last but not least was our bigger save the date card, the print quality was amazing and the colors of the photo meshed very well with the reflective gold save the date print. We had a photo on the front and on the back of the card. All the card elements were held together by a heart shaped rose gold metal clip.My wife and I were very happy with the quality of our invites and the level of service that we received from Tania. All invites were delivered on time and the communication was phenomenal. I’d give Tania and her store 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

Tania provides downright excellent service and her team is engaged, friendly, receptive, and caring at every step. I have never received this kind of service anywhere; and that not only includes UPS Stores more local to me (Sunnyvale) but also FedEx Kinkos Stores. At my last trip I was stunned by the relative ease and direct customer support I received in printing several documents. Actually I didnt plan on doing any printing but upon making some suggestions, the staff gladly helped me, and I was off and running before I even knew it. Anyone who has ever tried to print at FedEx Kinkos knows the hassle and chagrin they are met with from the staff when questions/problems arise with the printing service (email process). Finally, and for me most valuable, Tania provided some much needed context for me on several Notary-related projects and that was So helpful for me! It really made the difference and thanks to her, I was actually able to get what I needed done in a timely and frustration-free manner (fancy that). Comment: This is the best UPS store I have been to. Always in and out and the employees are very knowledgeable and keep you informed about every little detail. I just love the vibes in this store. By far my favorite shipping place. They also do notaries and fingerprinting during all business hours.

Comment: I usually dont leave reviews, but this location offers exceptional service. Always very helpful and nice. I think the owners have been in this business for a long time and know what they are doing. They also offer notary services and do passport photos. Sharon is the best!

Comment: I had been to this ups store near valley fair and got my 7000 flyers printed for my new business. At first I was very scared to put money and efforts but Sharon made it so comfortable. Within a few days my flyer was ready, she was always very welcoming and friendly for edits I recommended. She had a designer who did a timely job. I really loved the way flyer came out to be. Comment: This UPS store is the best one in the area. Like many others have said, the employees here know what they are doing and are more than willing to offer help. Unlike the other stores that tell you to leave packages at the counter, this one will make sure they receive it and will personally print out a receipt for you. I would recommend anyone who lives in this area to come to this one.
