Comment: Great BIG shout out to EVELYN at the Lincoln Square UPS store in Lincoln Square, Oakland! This store is awesome in so many ways! I was in the store copying a sewing pattern and sadly left one piece of the pattern in the copy machine. Returned to the store five days later to see if by any chance they had found and kept it and Evelyn knew exactly what I was taking about! I was so happy and so grateful! Evelyn knew sewing patterns need every piece so she diligently put my forgotten piece in a safe place awaiting my return! Thank you so very much Evelyn and thanks to your great grandma who taught you how valuable sewing patterns are!

Comment: While my experience with UPS Stores in general is always a good one I feel compelled to write this review about this particular one. From the get go, easy to locate, great location in Lincoln Square on Redding Road and instead of closing at 6pm theyre open until 6:30pm. They offer all services that UPS Stores are known for (you can look up the extensive list) on this particular day I was dropping off an already pp package 📦. Clean store, professional and courteous young lady assisted me, instead of automatically printing a receipt she asked if I would like one, this particular time I did because I was dropping a package off for a friend . I dont always need one and I like the option that she asked. Again its location next to a grocery store, easy to locate, hours open, services offered and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE make this a highly recommended UPS Store and one that I will definitely be utilizing whenever Im in this side of town.

Comment: I went to mail a package and got to watch Avril being trained. I now know WHY this store is so efficient and well-run. Part of the reason is that they are selective with who they hire. Avril has excellent customer service skills, even as new as she is. Like all the employees, she has the best attitude and provides service with a smile. I loved the trainer too. She has another store in San Leandro and I am going to go check it out. The Redwood Rd store is my absolute favorite. After years of having to ship at a different store with employees who had a rather sour attitude, this place is wonderful - you feel great and looked after, even if there is a line. Try to go before 4:30 as it gets pretty busy as the wfh folks ship starting then and the trucks come to pick up shipments.

My household has a UPS mailbox at this store, and has packages delivered to this location; our interactions are always positive, and the staff accommodating. They even carefully packed a large antique (creating a custom box for it) and shipped it to the East Coast, with the item arriving in excellent condition. The person helping me was so patient and pleasant, considering they had a line out the door of other customers also trying to send out holiday packages. There were only two people working but honestly they were so efficient that the wait wasn’t that bad, certainly better than at the local post office. I definitely recommend coming here if you need to ship anything, plus they sell shipping materials and can pack the item for you for an additional fee. Worth it, especially around the holidays!

Comment: Needed a notary and two witnesses. Tried two other option and failed to get this done. Called this UPS store and they said they could do it all. Arrived and found a very polite, helpful and competent staff. Even though it was very busy, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes! They went above and beyond our expectation.

Comment: My experience with this UPS Store was great. I thought the staff was polite when I called to confirm they provided notary services. When I went to the store and the great customer service continued. The staff member I interacted with was polite and engaging. I would certainly recommend this store to someone else.

Comment: I love this UPS store for many reasons. First off, it is located in shopping center area with plenty of parkings available. Second, here, I see every employee so much professional and well trained for their job. Today I was there for my package shipment and to have some of my documents notarized, it was so quick and smooth. Ms. Shierly Laxa helped me with my legal documents notarized and she was amazing person.In this time of Pandemic they have maintained every single possible precautions.I would recommend this place.Cheers!!

Comment: Wow! They are super friendly and helpful here. We had to ship out over 10 big boxes because we’re moving. They even offered us a dolly to grab the boxes from the car which helped out a lot. I’m definitely telling my family members to come to this location because of their amazing service.

Comment: This is by far one of the best UPS stores I use. I have used them on slow days and high traffic days and they are always professional, friendly, and get things done as fast as possible. Judy always knows exactly how to deal with any unforseen issues and Jason is a real sweetheart. Jason is knowledgeable and vilgilant, he prevented me from leaving my phone is the store by mistake. When there is a choice I always use this UPS store and I recommend you do the same.

Comment: Great to have a local name brand store like The UPS Store #7098 especially nearby where I live. This is a brand new UPS Store with newly renovated design unlike other UPS Stores that are outdated. Staff is friendly and accommodating despite the growing pains. My observation, other customers are very rude to the staff and very demanding. I hope the staff can hang in there because there are people like me that appreciate your excellent caring service. Thank you for considering our Lincoln Center location and welcome to our friendly neighborhood despite a few bad apples....

Comment: Went here to take care of a print job and take care of a notary. This is a new store. Glad to have them close to me, so I don’t have to drive so far away, anymore. They are a asset to the community. The customer service here is great. They greet you right when you walk in. The service is fast and organized. Will be a repeat customer here because I plan on getting a mailbox soon.
