Comment: I just had the best customer service experience here ever. Today I came in 30 minutes before my shift.i Had fastest customer service and The gentleman that’s working today is amazing. He (Mel) had excellent communication skills, very professional, and took time to help me figure out, Amazon print out labels. I really love the idea that they’re still really good customer service skills out there and I definitely got that today. Definitely five stars And I will be returning you guys are great.

Comment: What a surprisingly pleasant experience I had today. I would come to this location to return my Amazon package when in town. The store looked more organized and it smelled good. The manager Brianna came up to say hello, she was training new employees. Also met the new owners who were very nice. They said they were making changes to improve the customer service experience for anyone who comes into their store and wanted well trained, knowledgeable, happy and helpful employees. As a business owner myself, hearing this was a positive improvement.

The staff knows us and offer us to just drop our boxes behind the counter when they are busy. Very convenient for our small business, keep in mind we dont ask for receipts so it works out perfectly. They also take usps packages.

The owner Alvin is full of positive energy and always steps in to offer to serve his customers when his staff are available and especially when they aren’t! For example, I came in yesterday at 6pm without an appointment for notary services and the notary public was gone for the day. Alvin was so kind enough to phone the Notary and ask her to come in, just for me to notarize my forms if she was available. Fortunately she was free and 15 minutes later we were done! I wish there was more that I can do to show my appreciation aside from leaving a review!!! Thank you guys for always keeping your customers first!!
