One lady took one package and told me that I need go home and find it back, because she could not use the tracking number to print the label.Then I talked to Huyen and she use the tracking number to print the label, so I did not need go to USP once more. I feel that Huyen has been especially helpful, made me from sad, disappointment to very happy.Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor make the shipping experience a very positive one.

Comment: Update: I changed my review from one star to four stars because the owner reached out to us, arranged for our mail to be forwarded, and formally acknowledged they received our key. They took responsibility for the issue and told us they plan retrain their staff. I appreciate it when a business steps up when it needs to.We just closed our box because we moved out of the area. We were not given an opportunity to provide a forwarding address. Instead we were told to complete a change of address form with the USPS. When we explained that the form was rejected and we subsequently learned the USPS does not forward from private mailbox stores, we were told we are wrong and were still offered no alternative. Our mailbox is closed with no forwarding option.Additionally, when my husband returned the keys, he was offered no documentation to confirm he had turned them in. When he insisted, he was given a handwritten note. Our mailbox is closed with no formal documentation confirming that it was.I do not recommend using this store as a mailbox out of concern for what may happen when it closes. This is deeply concerning to me.

Comment: This is my go to UPS location for several years now. It is secluded a bit so the lines are not super long throughout the day but it can be on rush hours mostly during lunch or after work. The staff here is extremely quick and efficient. They do their best to ensure you are out the door as fast as possible. I have been going here for years now and an employee Huyen has been great there. Shes always super helpful and for a while was working on her own most days due to staff shortage but definitely a great worker and did her best to help customers. She is very patient with all my shipments and took time to help me locate a package in the back. The staff has been great to me all these years for sure. All my shipping questions are answered and recommendations are given by the staff as needed. Overall this location is great so far! I really love the staff and location. I would definitely recommend this place. It is quick so long as you do not hit busy hours which the wait is not too long (sometimes 5 to 10 minutes).
