Comment: Excellent management and store. When my mailbox was full and I couldnt get home for months, they held my mail for me. Since Covid started, Ive been unable to stand UPS for shipping because they are total rubbish, but this store is unmatched.

Comment: This is an excellent UPS store and has so many services; shipping, copying, notary services, printing, shredding, faxing, etc. They go out of their way to provide quick, efficient service. Today Lisa found some cardboard to custom cut to help protect a fragile item I was shipping. 10 star service!!

It is refreshing to see! They are family owned and operated and I can tell that they will always do their best to serve you as you would expect. These types of businesses are are joy to give your money to.

Comment: The owner, Daniel, was very friendly. We were in town for a wedding and needed to ship something large but valuable to us. He packed it for us to make sure it was secure and made us feel at ease shipping across country. Thanks for all you help and making our life easier!

Comment: Super nice people. Went in with a bunch of different needs and Amber took care of me. Store was clean and welcoming. Im in Nevada on vacation, so Im not likely to visit this store again, but I wish all UPS Stores were this well run.

Comment: Its so amazing knowing that there is always a notery on staff at this location. I had to have a document notarized on very short notice that had two signatures and the staff at the UPS were so helpful. Everyone at this location is so friendly and courtious. You can tell they really care about our community and the people who live in it. If I could give you more then 5 stars. I would!

Comment: We sent some boxes to my daughter in FL. I have used this UPS Store - Gardnerville in the past and really liked them. I knew it was going to cost me a lot but I did not care. Anywhere would have been comparable but not the service. They repacked some boxes as requested and sent 5 boxes total to her ($400+). All arrived without an issue. But here is the most important thing. This store has the friendliest employees and Owner. I think I had most of the staff involved at some point with my boxes. I could not have been more pleased at the service level they provided and the willingness to get the job done right the first time. Finally if I was to give a reason why I would return with any of my UPS needs is that they Exceeded my expectations. Thank you UPS Store Team Gardnerville!!

Comment: This place has the highest level of friendly customer service of any business in town. My wife and I have a small business here in Gardnerville and we had to last minute rush out 160 UPS packages. They called for an extra UPS truck and had like 5 people help me unload the packages from my trailer. They were able to scan them all in and load the UPS truck within about a 15 minute time window. Saved me a haul all the way to Reno to drop the packages at the distribution center. I’d give this family owned business 6 stars if I could. Friendliest, most positive folks ever!

Comment: Im disabled and hobble about with a cane. Late this afternoon I took 8 medium-size boxes there for prepaid return, but I was away from home and hadnt remembered to print the labels. No problem! The boxes were carried in for me, I had the use of wifi to email the labels to the store, and they printed the labels and put them on the boxes for me. Service was warm and friendly, too. Terrific people, and terrific service.

Comment: I could not believe how much better my entire day was after coming in to this store! Family owned to boot! My day was awful before my arrival. But with the assistance of the team inside, my tears were flowing due to joy! It was one stop business center! Notary included! My envelope, my label sleeve, and all of my documents! Handled with care, ease, and professionalism! As a veteran retailer, this was above 5 ☆ all the way! Thank you Amber and Daniel !! I will recommend you to everyone I know in town!!
