Amazon sent me a shipping label that had to be printed (mistakenly purchased from a third party seller). Nikan knew where to find the option to email the label to the UPS store and let me know there would be a charge. I paid $3.27 for that service. Give these employees a raise!

They don’t try to take advantage by up-selling a bunch of stuff that you don’t need for shipping like extra bubble wrap and tape. The salespeople are consistently friendly and helpful. I always feel like the top priority is getting people in/out. I also feel that they are conscientious about covid (business) regulations.I mail packages to So Cal on a regular basis and they are always received within 48 hours sometimes sooner which is pretty amazing!

We are all in the same pandemic boat yet they dont believe in good customer service using virus as an excuse to be AHs. NOT this store! I wish all businesses operated as efficiently and they do. If there is a line, it moves fast. Ive observed the people behind the counter moving as fast as they can to get the customers serviced quickly. Amazing. I always dreaded the Post Office and wont go there anymore, Fedex is more expensive - although shipping is expensive no matter where you ship from. Bottom line, I use them for any and all shipping needs and I love that I can drop off Comcast equipment!! I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face, not joking! If you need an attitude adjustment, GO THERE!

Comment: Guess I Was Lucky..... reading the other comments. I Was Treated More Than Fair And Enjoyed My Visit Here. Its A Great Option If You Dont Have A Physical Address And Need To Receive Packages Without Inconvinencing Your Friends. One Just Arrived And Another One Is On Its Way. Pretty Hassel Free. Thank God. The Staffs Been Nothing But Friendly And Professional.
