Comment: My experience at UPS was an inspirational one—it goes beyond words, but I’ll attempt at a worded review here. So there I was, standing in this short, unassuming corridor for maybe seventeen (17) seconds before being helped by God’s own heaven-sent paragons of virtue to deliver my parcel to the other side of the world… in four (4) days. Sure it was a lot of money (I ain’t the richest guy in the world, y’feel?), but after a great deal of hesitation, they sweetened the deal and assured me that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing after I left my parcel with them! I mean what a concept. Back in the old days, you’d have to worry about a hawk snatching your carrier pigeon, but now they just yeet that mf’er over the rainbow to Amsterdam and you “don’t have to worry about a thing!” And they were right. Absolutely nothing phased me during those four (4) days.PS The receiver contacted me to thank me for my admirably timely delivery. I am now married to his daughter! So sick! Thanks UPS!

Jon was very pleasant and efficient when processing our will. He was also quite busy answering phones and accepting packages while doing our will. In addition to packing and shipping, they also offer in-store & online printing, document finishing, mailbox rental, and notary services. Also, if you shop through Amazon as a Prime member the UPS Store is usually offered as a drop off with free shipping and no need to package your item. If you happen to have a problem, please let them resolve it. UPS Store is not UPS. If you do not like that (I dont), tell UPS.. It is the parent company that makes the rules. For example, The UPS store software showed PR as in the US, but UPS the company treats it as a foreign shipment. The store has to politely deal with problems created by UPS company. UPS Store in general is a great franchise. I love this store and like them all in general. Each has the quirks and personality of a locally owned small business.
