Comment: I like this location. Even when they are slammed with all the ridiculous Amazon returns. They are still friendly and helpful. I get stuff copied, printed, faxed etc. They are fast and multi task well. Go in at slower times if you have to reurn all your x-mas gifts lol.

Comment: I have been a customer at this UPS store since they opened. Their rating is well deserved. Just compare this UPS stores rating with the ratings of any nearby UPS stores in the southbay. You cant even compare. It all comes down to attitude and customer service. Art, Eric, and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. When they are not too busy, I see them helping customers carry out boxes to their cars too (and they do it with a smile). I cant say enough. Good owner, good managers and it all propagates down. They have notary, key copies, fax, emails, paper copies and they even have a decent supplies of stationeries. You can get a lot of stuff done here. You guys are the best!

Comment: This place is very cool! We just did notary public and express mail here. The staffs are very helpful. They are very busy but still keep clear and cool mind. They found mistakes we would otherwise missed. I can’t think of anything more that we can possibly ask for that they haven’t already provided us. Huge thanks to the staffs especially the notary public guy! You guys are the best!

Comment: Came here to get a notary public, and the process was relatively simple and quite fast. $15, sign some stuff, give a thumbprint, and I was out of there.Parking lot was quite packed on a Thursday afternoon though, but I found parking in the next section over.
