I was getting desperate because i need a copy of my documents for an interview for global entry approval ( T S A ) and my printer is not working or probably i don’t know how to print it using my iphone format. I called U P S @ 8:45pm knowing they will close @ 9pm according to google.A guy named Del answered the phone and i told him my problem and he said come on in and i said you’re closing at 9 and i’m about 20 minute away from you’re place, he said i will wait for you. So i made it to his place and he showed me the format to use. To make the story short he got me the copies around 9:30pm, and the following day went to the interview and it was approved and pass it.Thanks Del.I really appreciate your kind help!!! (note: Starting today i will use this Place U P S 1578 for all my business and will recommend to my family and friends)

Comment: I am not one to ever leave reviews, but this place is so fantastic! Things to keep in mind:-Theyre renovating, so it is tiny. This means it does get crowded. I went around 4:30 pm and there were about 10 people in line in front of me. Ask for Louis to help he is the go to guy in the store! I called before coming in and Louis gave me excellent easy to follow directions! He also assisted me with a live scan and made the process simple. I was finished within 20 minutes of my arrival there, which is impressive considering the number of people ahead of me in line. I will definitely come back to this store!For those struggling with the directions piece, take Whittier Blvd and turn at the traffic light (left or right depending on the direction you are coming from, on Central Ave.) From there it is a straight shot all the way until almost the end of the road. Youll see a five below store and a dollar tree along with lots of little places like Natalies Nails.UPDATE: The only reason this place is maintaining its 5 star review is because of Cathy. Unfortunately, my prints were not able to be used because Louis entered my first and middle name instead of my first and last. I was not shown the information prior to it being submitted to verify that it was correct. The only reason this situation got resolved was because of Cathys constant work and fixing her bosss mistake. Louis even came in while I was getting a livescan for the second time and when he asked why I had returned, I informed him about his mistake and he offered no apology. I completely understand that as humans, we all make mistakes, but the lack of accountability for his actions as a man in his 60s was quite disgusting. Cathy ensured that I did not have to pay again since this was not my fault and made sure to verify every piece of my information before submitting the scan. She is the only person I would trust in the store.

They have really good rates, and Louis the Manager is professional and he’ll work with you of you need assistance with your renewal. Billy is extremely knowledgeable about the USPS mail system and also all of the different carriers and any questions you may have. I chose this store because there are way above all the other UPS stores as far as price, accessibility and everything they do that the Post Office and other UPS stores don’t. Definitely hit these guys up.

Comment: I got my live scan done here back in the middle of April for my pharmacy technician application. I had to send in my receipt with my application and did not make a copy. I was later informed i could get reimbursed for the application but needed my receipt. The employees and Luis were so nice at this location and were able to retrieve my receipt months back. I am so grateful because i really did need that money back. So professional would recommend!

Comment: I have been a customer of this UPS Store for 8+ years and feel that they deserve a fair review from a several times a week customer.I rent a small box here to collect mail that I would prefer not to be sent to my residential address. I also have all my packages (Amazon, eBay, family, etc) also sent to the USP Store Address. I am a big online purchaser because I usually do not have time to go from store to store looking for that one thing, when I can have it sent to me in a few days.The UPS Store in Whittier is perfect for this application:• There’s notification by text and email letting me know when and which packages have arrived.• The staff is authorized to sign for packages on my behalf, so no signature chasing. (This includes alcohol).• Packages are held for me until I can conveniently pick them up. I have not had any packages lost or stolen since I have been a customer.• They are a convenient location to handle returns for Amazon.I have also used them for notary services on occasion. They have been fast and reasonably priced.As with any business, they have busy hours and lighter hours. Most of the time my wait is only a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to them long enough that they know my name and box number when I walk in.All in all, five stars. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.
