The prices are quite reasonable and the notary had prepared all the documents with the apostille within a shorter period of time than I expected, and even took care of sending them by mail (since I had difficulty commuting to LA) without any extra fees. The notary is very polite and definitely knows his job really well, I’d say. So, I definitely recommend this company!

Comment: After surviving a deadly car accident in Peru, my mom was asked to send important documents to her Peruvian lawyer through an Apostille. Never having even heard of that service before, she made some cold calls to Apostilles found online, and luckily found Ovsep at Valley Apostille. Ovsep was beyond professional and made the process entirely painless. Ovsep is also a Notary Public and offers translation services. Its doubtful shell need the services of an Apostille again, but if she needs a Notary, shell 100% go back to Valley Apostille.

Comment: As part of my move to Thailand I had to get our marriage certificate legalized.  Checking reviews for several apostilles in the SoCal area was depressing, most with the same complaint - poor and at best indifferent customer service, poor communication.  Speaking with a few companies confirmed this.  One standout was Valley Apostille which seemed to be a smaller shop.  After a brief phone call with the owner I was set at ease and knew that Valley Apostille would be my best shot at getting my certificate legalized.  Communication was excellent throughout.  Often Ovsep, the owner, would email me with updates unprompted.  For me this was reassuring particularly since I had already moved to Thailand.  Valley Apostille handled my case with care and delivered my fully legalized marriage certificate to me in Bangkok.  I highly recommend Valley Apostille and wish them all the best with their business.  Thanks!

Comment: If you are looking for Apostille and notary public services in and around Burbank, this is the place. I needed some documents notarized and went to this place on December end. Keeping in mind the current covid situation, I felt visting their office was very safe. I somehow missed and needed an extra document to be notarized, and Mr.Ovsep was so kind, he got it done on a Sunday, as he was closed for the new year weekend.They are prompt in replying queries, and fixing and appointment.The price is at par with any other good notary service. When I found out that the document needed had to come from the state of origin (Viirginia), apostilled, and translated, Mr. Khacheryan, the owner, did his very best to get it back to me in time for my flight out of the country. Comment: I had a flight in two weeks to Brazil to marry my long-term girlfriend and I had no idea where to start. I messaged Valley Apostille to get a quote on a single status affidavit form to be signed off on. I had no idea how to get such a document. Anyway, I sent them an email for a quote and within five minutes I got a reply, asking what documents I had. Of course I responded I have none and I have to be out of the country in two weeks. Joseph told me he would call me within the hour to set me up with all the details.Cut to forty-five minutes later and I get a call. He instructed me to go to the County Clerk and get my documents in order, have the State Department mail the documents to his office and he would FedEx the apostilled documents to my Brazil address. He estimated it would take two weeks.I do all that, cut to two weeks later in Brazil; I get an email from Valley Apostille and great news they have my documents!! I confirm the address and I was told it would get to me earliest by the December 20th. It arrived on the morning of the 20th and all my documents were perfect! Talk about clockwork! I was clueless and they solved it all, every step of the way.They even sent a Christmas card because theyre super amazing people!! If youre looking for any apostille service I highly recommended Valley Apostille!
